Your Dashboard is your mission control. Track your OJT progress with a percentage bar, see hours completed vs. required, and monitor your requirements submission status at a glance.
Navigate to the Attendance page to securely clock-in and out using facial recognition. You can also view your full attendance history and see the verification status of each log.
In the Journals section, create and submit your weekly narratives. You can view feedback from supervisors, see the status (e.g., Submitted, Approved), and manage all your entries in one place.
The Requirements page lists all necessary documents. Upload your files, track their approval status (Pending, Approved), and ensure you meet all academic and company prerequisites.
Keep your information current on the Profile page. Update your personal details and change your profile picture to ensure your supervisor and instructor can easily identify you.
Always remember to Logout after each session to protect your personal data and ensure the security of your account.
