Step 1: Account Creation

Your journey begins when a System Administrator or OJT Instructor creates an account for you. You'll receive your login credentials from them.

Step 2: First Login & Profile Setup

Use your credentials to log in, visit the Profile page, and upload a clear profile picture for attendance verification.

Step 3: Daily Attendance

Clock in and out daily on the Attendance page using facial recognition. Ensure you are in a well-lit area for best results.

Step 4: Weekly Journals & Requirements

Document your experiences in the Journals section weekly and upload all necessary documents on the Requirements page.

Step 5: Monitor Your Progress

Use your Dashboard to track rendered hours, view feedback, and ensure you are on track to complete your OJT successfully.
